BikeFlip is looking for an intern who will join us as a Growth Hacker in the Marketing team as of September 2023 . Do you dare to roll up your sleeves and help us grow to make more of an impact for BikeFlip? Then we are looking for you!
Where are we standing right now?
Children grow, bikes do not. And BikeFlip is growing with you! BikeFlip offers a solution for all children who quickly outgrow their bicycles: a monthly subscription to a second-hand children's bicycle including repair and exchange service at home. This relieves the parents' worries and puts a smile on the children's faces. All bicycles are second-hand, which ensures that everyone can contribute to a sustainable and circular economy and can enjoy all bicycles for as long as possible. Does the bicycle no longer fit? Then we exchange it for a larger size and another child can be made happy with the returned bicycle. Our goal is to reduce the mountain of more than 4 million unused bicycles, relieve parents of worries through our great service and make children happy with our beautiful bicycles.
What are you going to do?
Within the Marketing team we have plenty of room for someone who is eager to learn and try! We are looking for someone who wants to enrich their internship period by working on our online marketing. You will combine this with your own assignment! Your goal then becomes to increase conversions and improve the usability of the website. You will work with programs such as Google Optimize, Clarity and Google Analytics. You are responsible for conducting A/B experiments and collecting and organizing this data. In addition, if you wish, you can occasionally assist in the company itself, such as improving customer contact or logistics. A good change! You work at our office in Maarssen, but you can also work from home if you wish.
Who are you?
- Radiates energy and wants to contribute to the sustainable BikeFlip adventure;
- Have sufficient experience with and ideas about creating offline and online content and dare to use it creatively;
- Have good communication skills;
- Are independent and assertive;
- Are eager to learn and organized;
- Are familiar with design and User Experience principles.
- Are familiar with Google Optimize, Clarity and Google Analytics (not required, but useful);
- Are familiar with WordPress and Shopify;
- Writes and speaks Dutch and English flawlessly;
- Are studying at a relevant HBO or WO course;
- Affinity with (repairing) bicycles and the circular economy is an advantage.
