SHIPPING
- BikeFlip bikes
We deliver the bicycle at the delivery time you specify, usually within 48 hours of ordering. Your subscription will only start once your bicycle has been delivered. Have you ordered an accessory? Then the handy technicians at BikeFlip will also put it on the bike for you. As easy as that!
- Bike accessories
The accessories will be shipped by post within 1-3 business days. Any shipping costs will be deducted from your shopping cart. Within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €7.95 and free for orders from €50 and up.
Will you become a member of BikeFlip? If you order the accessory together with a bicycle, the accessories will be delivered with the bicycle (see shipping bicycles) and we will not charge any shipping costs. We will deliver the bicycle and accessories at the same time and the handy technicians from BikeFlip will put them on the bike for you. As easy as that.

RETURNS
- Returns or flips of the bikes
Is the bike too small and is it time for a new one? Then we will flip it at your home for free. You can choose a 'new' bicycle yourself. Contact us to pass on the new bike and we will make an appointment together when we will flip the bike for you.
If you want to stop BikeFlip, you can return the bicycle to one of our locations in Utrecht or Amsterdam.
