Delivery

We deliver the bicycles to your home within our service area. All bicycles are delivered within 1-3 working days.

Pickup

You are also welcome to make an appointment and visit us at our workshop at Demkaweg 25, 3555 HW Utrecht to choose your new bike, take a test ride or pick up the bike you selected online.

Exchange

If the bicycle is too small, we will always exchange it for free. That's BikeFlip!

Twijfel je nog? Boek dan een proefrit bij onze werkplaats in Utrecht en laat ons je helpen de ideale fiets te vinden! En wanneer jullie problemen ondervinden met de fiets, dan kunnen jullie heel makkelijk via ons reparatieformulier een onderhoudsbeurt inplannen. Vergeet niet dat we er zijn om jullie te helpen met al jullie fietsbehoeftes, van de juiste maat tot het stellen van het zadel. Aarzel dus niet om contact met ons op te nemen als je vragen hebt!

What is the minimum rental period?

Our subscription can be canceled monthly after the first three months, so you're not tied to anything long-term. Don't like the bike? No problem, you can exchange it for another one at any time, even during the first three months.

What happens after ordering?

We'll get started right away and deliver the bike to your home on the day and time slot of your choosing (within our delivery area)! Prefer to browse our extensive selection of circular bikes yourself? Feel free to schedule an appointment to visit our sheltered workshop at Demkaweg 25, Utrecht! Of course, you won't start paying until the bike is delivered.
