Your profile will be carefully reviewed and if you match what we are looking for, we will contact you as soon as possible to make an appointment for an introduction. This is an accessible conversation where we want to know more about you. Don't worry, we would like to know whether you switch smoothly and how firmly you are in the saddle. This is also the time to ask questions about the vacancy.

🚲 Step 3: Second interview

Now it's time for a longer ride and we'll dig deeper into your experience. A team member will join you and you can expect to be asked some deeper questions about the role and your responsibilities.

🧩 Optional: Time to put the tires on and show us what you've got. For some positions, we have applicants do a case study or practical assignment to see what you can already do in a realistic work situation. Think of it this way; this is a chance to prove yourself!

🎉 Step 4: Offer

And then.. Good news! You made it to the finish line! After talking to all the applicants, we are very excited about you and hopefully you are too! We will send you a formal offer with everything you need and would like to invite you to join the BikeFlip team.

🚀 Step 5: Join the ride!

Now it's official! You can go on an adventure with us. You sign the contract, get a solid onboarding (without training wheels) and before you know it you'll be biking with us.
