Getting to know each other - Thank you for your interest!
Your profile will be carefully reviewed, and if it aligns with what we're looking for, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an introductory meeting. This will be an informal chat where we want to learn more about you. Don't worry, we're interested in how adaptable you are and how well you handle challenges. This is also your opportunity to ask questions about the vacancy.
🚲 Step 3:
Second interview
Now it's time for a somewhat longer ride, and we'll delve deeper into your experience. A team member will join whom you will collaborate with, and you can expect more in-depth questions about the role and your responsibilities.
🧩 Optional: Deep dive - Time to put the pedal to the metal and show us what you've got. For some positions, we ask candidates to complete a case study or practical assignment to see what you can do in a realistic work situation. Think of it this way: this is your chance to prove yourself!
🎉 Step 4:
Offer
And then... Good news! You've made it to the finish line without dismounting. After speaking with all applicants, we are very excited about you, and hopefully you are about us too! We will send you a formal offer with everything you need and would like to invite you to join the BikeFlip team.

Join the ride!
You sign the contract, get a thorough onboarding (without training wheels), and before you know it, you'll be cycling along with us.
